Observation

There was an issue with the background checks for Amanda (dau) and Bob (spouse). The background applications were withdrawn for them because an email was never received regarding their finger print appointments. Amanda's background has expired, Bob's is set to expire on December 13. The applicaitons were submitted at the same time as Shannon's (which has cleared).
